In that year, the IOC (International Olympic Committee) established the requirement that the bid dossier packs had to made of paper in order to focus on the content.
The initial idea was redesigned in cardboard, thereby converting the opening of the dossier into a layered discovery experience in which each piece added individual meaning and value.
